Our commitment to maintaining our excellent safety record includes pre-employment drug screening, new employee orientation and training in safety basics, bi-monthly tailgate safety meetings, semi-annual safety training sessions at our permanent yard, pre-construction site inspections, daily observations of the project for potential safety hazards, mandatory drug screening in the event of accident or injury, Hazardous Material Communications system in place, Safe Operating Procedures, and Employee Handbook that clearly states company policies and the ramifications of abuse. It is our opinion that the atmosphere of a safe jobsite contributes to a top quality project. Prior to key milestones in the construction process, supervisors complete a check list that is then subject to managerial review and acceptance.
